This is Elf's Eyelid Primer in Sheer (7501).
I have been so impressed with some of Elf's products lately. The prices are some of the cheapest you can find, and the quality of the products is really up to par with many of the other drugstore brands.
This primer has a wand applicator which is ideal for me because it's not a messy as a paint pot or tube.
The consistency is definitely on the watery side but that makes it easier to smooth out. My eyelids get pretty oily by the end of the day so this product doesn't last me more than three hours but this could be helpful if your eyelids are dryer than mine.
Even though this product is "Sheer," it still has a nude shade to it. You can also purchase this product in Champagne, Pearl, and Golden.
This product is only $1 for .17 fl oz of product.
Overall, this is a great product if you don't want to spend much money, but the quality really lacks when it comes to lasting power.
